How Corporate Taxi Accounts Work for Glasgow Businesses
Business travel becomes difficult to manage when bookings sit across personal apps, paper receipts and separate expense claims. A corporate taxi account brings those journeys into an agreed business arrangement, giving authorised people a clearer way to book, monitor and pay for travel.
Myle corporate accounts are available to businesses of different sizes across Glasgow. Applications are reviewed case by case and account use is monitored so the setup can reflect how the organisation actually travels.
Where a corporate account adds value
Any business can apply. An account can support individual travellers as well as multiple users, teams or departments. It can also be used to arrange journeys for employees, clients and visitors.
That makes it useful for organisations managing recurring staff travel, airport arrivals, meetings, late finishes, client hospitality or journeys booked by reception and administrative teams.
Booking for employees, clients and visitors
Account customers can book by phone or through the Myle app. Authorised bookers can arrange travel on behalf of someone else, helping a receptionist, assistant or travel coordinator manage a journey without asking the passenger to pay personally and reclaim the cost later.
Advance bookings schedule a journey for Myle to cover. A specific driver is confirmed once the booking is dispatched, with driver information and available journey updates then provided.
Controls that reflect how the business works
Corporate account administrators can manage users, permissions and spending limits. The exact setup can be agreed around the organisation’s needs, whether that means separating departments, limiting who can book or creating a clearer approval route for travel.
Clear reporting and consolidated billing
Journey information, booking references and financial reporting are available through Myle’s system. Businesses can discuss the reporting or cost-centre structure they require when the account is set up.
Corporate customers are invoiced monthly. Standard payment terms are 14 days, and payment can be made by bank transfer, card or payment link.
Support when business travel changes
Business travel rarely runs exactly to plan. Meetings overrun, flights move and passenger details change. Myle combines booking technology with a Glasgow-based team, so authorised bookers have a real point of contact when a journey needs attention.
The telephone team is available Monday to Thursday, 7am-11pm; Friday and Saturday, 8am-2am; and Sunday, 8am-8pm.
